Here at Marengo Ranch we are fortunate to have our fourth and fifth graders as members of our Safety Patrol and Greet Squad. These school leaders have been recommended by their teachers and volunteer their time to help students get to school safely by assisting students at the crosswalks adjacent to our school, and by helping students being dropped off in the parent parking lot. Students arrive by 7:25 for both Greet Squad and Safety Patrol, and Safety Patrol members also work after school until 2:45.

These students set a wonderful example of responsibility, leadership, courtesy and kindness, and we are lucky to have such a great group of students involved this year!

Safety is so important at Marengo and our students help keep our school safe!
