Valley Oaks Elementary School is located in the city of Galt, within Sacramento County. As part of the Galt Joint Union School District, we provide innovative programs for our many diverse students.

Our staff works cooperatively to offer such opportunities as Strategic Teaching At Risk (STAR) Reading Intervention program, Intermediate Reading Assistance, Math Academy, Language Arts Institute, Picnic On The Grounds, Math and Reading Focus Club, El Cielo Plus, and our new English Language Development kindergarten. Valley Oaks students know they are valued, can achieve, and are on the path to becoming independent and confident adults.
