The following will be enforced for all facility use requests:

• Facilities use requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date and time all required documentation is received. A requested date and time, or a tentative scheduling confirmation, does not constitute approval. Requests will not be approved until all required documentation has been received and reviewed. If another vendor submits all required documentation and completes the approval process first, their request may be approved before yours.
• Cancellations with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of $80.00.
• Custodial cost will be charged at a flat rate of $50/hour (effective 7/1/26), minimum 4 hours.
• Food & Nutrition cost will be charged at a flat rate of $45.00/hour (effective 7/1/26), minimum 2 hours.
