Athletics are available at each school site starting in intermediate grades.
Those who wish to become student-athletes must complete all sports permission forms (including a medical sports physical dated May 1, 2025 or later) and
return them to your school site office the day before tryouts.
No student can participate in after-school athletics (including tryouts) without completing ALL sports permission forms.
